GRANTS OP LZZ – COMPLEX REALIZATION OF EDUCATIONAL COURSES FOR ASTOS´S AŠ A.S. EMPLOYEES

15.3.2010 Astos got the possibility to draw grants within the „Complex realization of educational courses for Astos´s employees.“

Reg. No. CZ.1.04/1.1.02/35.00550 – grant programme OP LZZ within the area „Expansion of employees adaptability and competitive advantage companies.“

The main ambition of this project is expansion of employees adaptability and ASTOS´s competitive advantage by expansion technical knowledge  and employees competences.

We would like to reach progress of employees abilities and competences, company´s progress system RLZ with using innovative attitude, and also consolidation of job´s sustainability.

We plan to make and realize 5 educational programmes, in which 59 people will be educate. We will support this by modern and innovative lessons (interactivity, courses, B-learning).
