Increasing customer pressure – users of machines – on the reduction of machines price, by the discharge of high ergonomic and quality requests for total appearance as the compliance of laws and rulings (environment, protection and labour protection), leads machines producers and the whole productive lines to the search of experienced and competent partner.

Astos Aš a.s.  became in the last years by this a searching partner in the field of machines covering and protective cabines. We produce not only accroding to the technically documentation from client but also we elaborate the constructional resolution according to the setting and needs of machines producers or manufacturing concern that solve the changes, event. completion of current dispositional resolution.

On the base of claims of several important business partners we also elaborated in the cooperation with the University in Plzeň (ZČU) and with the Design institute by ZČU (ÚD) a modern conception of machines covering on the modular bases. The view was achieved a high degree of standardization of single components covering and achive by that of marked costs reduction on the production and constructional work, a stabile high quality and mounting effectiveness. This system makes possible a high  serious, flexibility in the resolution of different  claims on the machines covering - dimensions, requests on the different doors systems and arch overing – and easy mounting.
