Covering machines for TOS Varnsdorf

During a demanding selection process of long term supplier partners for machine covering the company TOS Varnsdorf chose our company ASTOS Aš a.s. as a best future partner for design solutions and manufacturing covering of horizontal milling and boring machines:

a) WH 105 CNC a WHQ 105 CNC

b) WHN 110 Q, MC

c) WHQ 130 Q, MC

Unified design of machines was created in cooperation with experts of company TOS Varnsdorf and additionally with the Research Centre by University Prague. The design build on the combination of the characteristic elements of TOS Varnsdorf´s machines and shape as well as advanced colours.

The first covers had already been manufactured and delivered in November 2011 in specific order for machine WHQ 105 CNC and in the first half of December 2011 will be realized the final verification. At the same time in December 2011 will be produced two more identically covers for new orders.

Currently (beginning of December 2011) we produce another new covering to order for a machine WHQ 130 Q, MC. Delivery shall be realized in the middle of December 2011.

Due to the current successful cooperation and trust management of company TOS Varnsdorf, was company ASTOS Aš a.s. asked for produce a new type of stationary cover for machine WHN 130 MC, which will be manufactured and assembled at the customer at the beginning of February 2012. On this type will be used proven concept of standardized panels with contemporary design elements.
