Filtration Stations and Separation
Manufacture of filtration and separation instrumentation is another part of our firm’s manufacturing programme. We manufacture belt filters (PF) and magnetic separators (MS). A filtration station is created by various combinations of belt filters, magnetic separators and a detention reservoir. The detention reservoir can be provided by the customer himself or can be manufactured by us according to the specifications to be set.
Belt filtres - PF
belt filters are designed for fine filtration of cutting or cooling fluids. The filtration runs in automatic cycles. The filtration accuracy depends on the type of the filtration fabric used. The design of the belt filter makes it possible the filtration process to be performed continuously. It is manufactured in three basic dimensional series.

Magnetic separators - MS
Magnetic separators are designed for rougher purification of cooling fluids from ferromagnetic impurities. The magnetic separators design makes it possible to purify cutting fluid continually. It is manufactured in two basic dimensional series.

Filtration stations - FS
Filtration stations are created by combination of a belt filter, magnetic separator and detention reservoir. It serves e.g. for filtration of cooling fluid during the fine machining. The sizes, volume and equipment of the reservoir are solved by us individually according to our Customer’s needs.
