Apron chip conveyors (CDT)

The apron chip conveyors are suitable for conveying most types of chips : tiny, long, spiral, sabrelike, and clotted chips.

We make three basic dimensional series of the specified track link pitch:

  • For light duty: with the pitch t = 40 mm
  • For medium duty: with the pitch t = 63 mm
  • For heavy duty and very heavy duty: with the pitch t = 100 mm

We make three types of conveyor:

  • straight
  • broken 1x
  • broken 2x

Explanations:

Box sections:It is necessary to maintain the minimum height of the hopper (C) 40 mm. A, B, and C parameters are selectable. The types of hopper indicated in red are selectable according to customer's needs.

Types of conveyor: L, L1, L2, L3, and V parameters are according to individual customer's needs.
