Rake chip conveyors (DHR)

The rake chip conveyors are suitable for conveying tiny and short chips, We recommend them particularly for aluminum and non-ferrous chips. The rake conveyors are equipped with slot filters for conveying light aluminum chips or – more recently – with integrated drum filters. They can also be used for conveying loose materials

We make three basic dimensional series of the specified track link pitch:

  • For light duty: with the pitch t = 40 mm
  • For medium duty and heavy duty: with the pitch t = 63 mm

We make three types of conveyor:

  • straight
  • broken 1x
  • broken 2x

Explanations:

Sections of the box: It is necessary to maintain the defined height dimensions, A- parameter is selectable. The types of hopper indicated in red are selectable according to customer's needs.

Types of conveyors: L, L1, L2, L3, a V parameters are according to individual customer's needs.
