Additional Programme – Chip Containers
Tilting containers are suitable for machine tools or wherever the chip handling is not centrally organized. All types of conveyors are adapted for manipulation with a high-lift truck.
Double Bottom Tilting Container - KV
This type of conveyor is equipped with double bottom with the screens and discharge cock. This design serves for separation of solid articles from remaining liquid, that is carried out of the machine tool together with the chips. The undercarriage bears a set of polyamide wheels with 100 mm or 160 mm dia (2 rotable wheels with a brake and 2 fixed wheels). It is adapted for manipulation with any kind of high-lift truck.
Single Bottom Tilting container - K
This type of container has not a double bottom and discharge cock. It is designed for conveyance of dry chips. The undercarriage is identical with the „KV“ type.
