Following the great interest of the whole number of customers in unique solution of circle chip conveyor, developed and patented by company ASTOS Aš a.s., we decided for the current order organize the presentation day, which will be held in the first half of December 2012.
The design developed by us is radically different from the competition solution. The conception of the circle chip conveyor is a kind of rake conveyor with a reverse operation and thus ensuring perfect conduction for all kinds of chips. Reverse operation means that the upper chain part, with rakes, transports the chips on the bottom away from the working area of the machine, and lower chain part returns under the bottom to the beginning. So this solution is used the approved concept of another rake conveyor, developed by company ASTOS Aš a.s., so-called “double-decker”.
Our circle conveyor is easier for production and therefore price is considerably more interesting than the extremely expensive usual chip circle conveyors, which usually produce carousels manufacturers themselves.
Dimensions of the conveyor are directly dependent on the parameters of the machine that is diameter of rotary table and working space inside the machine. The basic parameters are: Minimum diameter of table 1000 mm, minimum height of conveyor box is 220 mm, inner radius of conveyor is based on the size of the desk. Conveys transport all kinds of chips!
